Raised in Adelaide , Emma Wood completed a Bachelor of Agricultural Science (Oenology) at Roseworthy with First Class Honours and went on to join Southcorp's Graduate Winemaking Program.
After two years working around the company's wineries in Central Victoria , Barossa Valley , Coonawarra and Great Western, Emma joined Lindemans Karadoc winery for three years. In 2003 Emma worked vintage at Southcorp's Narbonne winery in France , and on her return joined Seppelt's Great Western winery in Victoria , where she is responsible for the day to day running of the winery and making red and white wine as well as sparkling base wines.
Emma will be hosted Chef de Cuisine Kosta Ganotis at Conservatory
