Starting out in 1988 as part of Southcorp's Graduate Winemaking Program, Corrina Rayment joined Lindeman's Karadoc winery four years ago.

Now she is senior winemaker, overseeing a vintage intake of around 70,000 tonnes.

At present her biggest responsibility is the 18-million litre blend of Lindemans Bin 65 Chardonnay, as well as around 20 other wines that are made and bottled on site.

Corrina also enjoys working on her family's McLaren Vale vineyard, and the shiraz she made there won Winestate magazine's Best Wine of 2003.

Corrina will be hosted by Chef de Cuisine Yan Ping Yeung at Silks
