Charlotte Newton

Charlotte Newton's love of cool-climate wines began in her native New Zealand , where she studied viticulture and oenology at Lincoln University .
Her first Australian vintage was at the Hunter Valley , however she soon settled in the Yarra Valley as a winemaker for Coldstream Hills.
Charlotte says she particularly enjoys the challenge of making Pinot Noir and believes the climactic conditions of the Yarra Valley are conducive to making the best cool climate wines in Australia .
Charlotte will be hosted by Chef de Cuisine Caroline Maddison at Breezes
