An accomplished classical musician and artist, Jin R is inspired by the beauty found in nature. At Green Tea House, she has incorporated contemporary Chinese design with traditional philosophy, with a menu that features dishes infused with green tea.
Jin R recently participated in the World Gourmet Summit in Singapore and has a restaurant there in collaboration with the Tung Lok Group.
Jin R will be hosted by Chef de Cuisine Yan Yeung at Silks restaurant at Crown.
Jin R is the owner, designer and creative masterchef behind Green T. House - a neo-classic Chinese dining experience. The Green T House was established in Beijing in 1997.
Jin R is the only female masterchef from China invited to participate two years in a row at the World Gourmet Summit (2002 and 2003) in Singapore .
She is also the lead designer and concept creator behind My Humble House (in collaboration with Tung Lok Group). My Humble House is located in The Esplanade Theatres on the Bay , Singapore .
She was the Consultant Chef for the Neo Classic Chinese restaurant “Liu” located in The Conrad Bangkok, Thailand.
Not only is Jin R a masterchef, she is also a h ighly accomplished musician who plays the yang qin (Chinese dulcimer) and gu zheng (Chinese table harp). She studied at the Central Conservatory of Music in Beijing
Jin R believes in natural, elegant and simple beauty.
