Raised in country NSW, Emma Dal Broi studied winemaking at Charles Sturt University 's Wagga Campus, where she achieved the highest mark for sensory evaluation in her final year.
With experience in Eden Valley SA and in Italy, Emma commenced working at Southcorp's Yenda and Karadoc wineries, blending wines under the Lindeman, Queen Adelaide and Kaiser Stuhl labels.
In 2003 Emma joined the Penfolds red winemaking team at Nuriootpa and now works on its white wines.
Emma will be hosted by hosted by Chef Philippe Mouchel at the brasserie by Philippe Mouchel
