Originally from London, England, David Pereira creates modern French and Italian
cuisine with picture perfect standard. Formerly Sous chef of the Meridien, in
Melbourne, David also has worked in a number of trendy eateries in London including
RSJ and Cavaliers restaurant.
Moving back and forth between London and Melbourne since 1990 has ensured that
David keeps abreast of the latest international culinary trends. Seasonal menu
changes and special features on the Conservatory buffet are David's speciality
to ensure that customers can relax and relish an ever-changing smorgasbord of
culinary delights cementing Conservatory as the best buffet restaurant in Melbourne.
