Originally from Melbourne, Mandy has gained experience with the Sheraton Towers
in a supervisory capacity along with the Conservatory Brasserie as an assistant
manager eventually settling in Breezes in 2001 as Restaurant Manager.
With an environment unsurpassed in the Melbourne dining scene guests will be
dazzled by Mandy's ability to anticipate customers needs and wants coupled with
a passion to provide a service that consistently exceeds expectation.
