As Chef de Cuisine of JJ's, Brad French brings with him a passion for authentic
Italian cuisine.
Brad began as a Demi chef at Le Restaurant, The Regent, Melbourne. From there
he ventured overseas to gain experience in Europe. During this time Brad was
heavily influenced by the "tasting and travelling" he enjoyed during
two trips to Italy. On his return Brad worked at as Chef/proprietor at Carlton
Place Restaurant for three years before moving to on to the Latin.
Brad's love of good quality ingredients, together with finesse in preparation
and presentation of each dish allows Jj's guests to savour the superb taste
sensations of the restrained and stylish luxury of authentic Italian cuisine.
