Scott Ferguson - Chef de Cuisine has joined the team at Number 8 restaurant
& wine bar where he brings simplicity to modern Australian cuisine with
influences from Europe.
Formerly of Beddara Island and having trained in several of Australia's premier
restaurants Scott Ferguson describes himself as a passionate and dedicated professional
who was inspired to cook as child watching his grandmother bake for the Royal
Annual show. His style of cuisine is considered light, fresh and modern, although
still using traditional techniques.
