Welcome Cocktails
This function marks the opening of the 5 day gourmet adventure where hosting chefs from the participating Crown restaurants will showcase their signature cuisine alonside the master chefs and Australian wineries. Attendance is by invitation only.

Epicurean Experience

For 5 days, 6 guest chefs will exercise their creativity to deliver fine cuisine from the kitchens of Crown:

Australian Culinary Master Classes

This event is an excellent opportunity for local guests to pick up ther finer points of preparing a variety of products and cuisine. Each session will feature a guest chef demonstrating how they prepare various signature dishes. Crown Entertainment Complex $80 inclusive.

Crown Discovery Evenings

Participants will be given a choice of Eastern or Western cusine on booking, and thereafter will embark on a unique gastronomic excursion to one of Crown's many food havens. After a pre dinner cocktail, the host chef will escort guests to their restaurant of choice for a fabulous meal matched with wine. Cost is $95 inclusive.

International F&B Forum

This forum will be conducted by a broad selection of industry identities from around the world with a day-long seminar program designed to assist the food beverage industries meet the various challenges of today's ever changing and competative environment.

Gala Dinner

This evening will see a spectacular showcase of signature dishes from the master chefs, accompanied by fine Southcorp wines. Culinary organisations like the Chaine de Rostisseur, Torque Blanche, the Australian Culinary Federation and the Academy de Culinaire De France will support this event.

The gala dinner coincides with the Chefs Pride "2002 Year of the Outback" scholarship award of excellence which recognises a young chef from regional Australia. The winner receives a 4-week scholarship to work alongside the master chef of his or her choice during the following 12 months.
