Leading Ladies of World Cuisine 2004
The Masters of Australian Food and Wine is a dynamic showcase event that takes place every two years at Crown in Melbourne, with leading culinary professionals from around the world sharing their cuisine and creativity using Australian produce.
This year the program coincides with the inaugural Melbourne Food and Wine Winter Festival, as well as Australia 's largest food industry exhibition, Fine Food Australia .
The 2004 event features six of the world's best female chefs – the Leading Ladies of World Cuisine – will be hosted by Chefs de Cuisine from six restaurants at Crown from 6-11 September 2004.
The Master Chefs will also be matched with six Australian female winemakers, who will complement their menus with superb wines from around the country.
