Ian and Juleigh Robins are pioneering Australian chefs who are passionate
about the incorporation of indigenous foods into the Australian cuisine.
They have been at the forefront of the Bushfood industry since its inception
in 1988. From humble beginnings with a handful of bush fruits Ian and
Juleigh have grown Robins Bush Foods to a position of prominence in
the Australian retail and food service markets and are recognised as
industry leaders. Juleigh is a founding member of the federally funded
Australian Native Bushfoods Industry Committee and together with Ian,
have published a book to assist both the chef and the adventurous cook
in using Australian Bushfoods.
